New Vision Software Pty Ltd is committed to ensuring the health and safety of all its workers, whether they are employees/contractors working internally for New Vision Software or employees/contractors/consultants working externally, providing services to New Vision Software clients. Our WHS practices are integrated into our operational activities, and we take all reasonable and practical measures to maintain safe working conditions and uphold WHS best practice.

Work Health and Safety (WHS) Statement

New Vision Software Pty Ltd is committed to ensuring the health and safety of all its workers, whether they are employees/contractors working internally for New Vision Software or employees/contractors/consultants working externally, providing services to New Vision Software clients. Our WHS practices are integrated into our operational activities, and we take all reasonable and practical measures to maintain safe working conditions and uphold WHS best practice.

We require host clients to ensure their worksites are safe and compliant for all workers assigned by New Vision Software. All workers are expected to perform their duties safely and to consider the wellbeing of others who may be impacted by their actions.

New Vision Software is committed to:

• Maintaining WHS policies, procedures, and resources that support best practice.

• Ensuring workers understand their WHS responsibilities, including conducting ergonomic assessments of their workstations.

• Ensuring all workers complete site-specific safety inductions covering safe duties, site hazards, and required safety measures/equipment.

• Ensuring all workers complete online WHS training modules addressing WHS risks and safe work practices.

• Requiring host clients to ensure that their worksites are WHS-compliant and that they provide a safe working environment to our workers.

• Complying with all relevant WHS legislation, regulations, and standards.

• Ensuring Account Managers understand WHS obligations for external workers/contractors and provide appropriate WHS support.

• Responding to and investigating all incidents, managing workers’ compensation claims effectively, and supporting early return-to-work outcomes.

• Monitoring and reviewing WHS performance and the management of safety issues.

• Maintaining organisational structures that support effective WHS communication, including regular WHS reporting to management.

• Planning for continuous improvement in WHS performance through consultation with workers and clients.
