Human Rights Workplace Policy

Dignity, fairness and equal opportunity

We welcome all cultures, all religions, all colours, all beliefs, all ages, all sizes, all types, all people — and we hold ourselves and our clients to that standard.

01

Principles

New Vision Software supports the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and Australian anti-discrimination and fair work legislation.

• Merit-based selection, free from discrimination on any protected attribute

• Equal pay for equal work, with transparent rate and salary conversations

• Reasonable adjustments at every stage of the recruitment process

• Freedom of association and the right to collective representation

02

Inclusive recruitment practice

As a women-owned and CALD business we design our process to widen access rather than narrow it — inclusive advertising language, structured interviews, diverse shortlists and consultants trained in unconscious bias.

03

Our expectations of clients and partners

We expect the organisations we work with to provide a workplace free from bullying, harassment, sexual harassment and victimisation. Where a placement environment falls short of that standard we will act, including withdrawing workers if necessary.

04

Raising a concern

Concerns can be raised with any consultant or directly with management, confidentially and without fear of reprisal. Every report is investigated, documented and actioned.
